Share of a validator's leader slots that produced no block (skipped ÷ leader slots). Lower is better. High skip rate means lost block rewards and reduced throughput. On daily scheduler charts, a scheduler day with fewer than 100 assigned leader slots is omitted because the sample is too small for a stable rate.

Fraction of assigned leader slots that produced no accepted block, expressed as a percentage. A skipped slot most commonly reflects slow block propagation, poor connectivity, or hardware overload on the leader validator. Lower values indicate a healthier network and more reliable validators.
Skip rate is the percentage of assigned leader slots that produced no accepted block. For any group, the rate is computed from total skipped slots divided by total leader slots across all validators in that group, not as an average of individual validator rates.
Aggregation: Pooled ratio of total skipped slots to total leader slots across the group. A validator with more leader assignments contributes proportionally more.
