Share of votable slots where the validator actually voted: votes ÷ (votes + missed votes). Well-run validators sit at 98–99%+; at the network level it's a consensus-health signal, since widespread misses delay finality. Alpenglow, due on mainnet in October 2026, removes vote transactions from blocks, so this metric ends then.

Percentage of votable slots in which the validator submitted a successful on-chain vote. A missed vote forfeits both vote credits and the associated inflation reward for that slot.
For each validator, the vote success rate is votes landed on-chain divided by total votable slots (successful plus missed votes), as a percentage. At client and network level the rate is recomputed from pooled totals rather than averaging per-validator percentages, giving each slot equal weight.
Aggregation: Pooled ratio: sum of votes divided by sum of total votable slots across the group.
