The default network series of the Explorer (failed_tx). Download the data (CSV)

Daily breakdown of failed (reverted) transactions by inferred reason: slippage or price moved, no profit or arbitrage, insufficient funds, oracle issues, account or input errors, AMM/market-maker fill rejections, arb/MEV bot aborts, and program-specific custom errors that are undocumented on-chain. Each bucket carries a confidence level, and the unmapped and unknown buckets stay visible. Reasons are inferred from transaction logs, the failing program and error code, and on-chain program IDLs; this is a classifier, not proven root cause.
