Net uses validator-retained priority fees, Jito tips after the dated Jito take, Rakurai tips after its onchain client commission, and provisionally treats Other inclusion-service tips as gross equals net because provider takes are not yet observable. The combined view is network-only because Rakurai flows are not yet attributed to validator clients or schedulers.
