What it shows
Daily validator-realized revenue from transaction activity: the economic value validators actually receive after the base-fee burn. Differs from REV in that base fees are counted at 50% (the kept half only). Excludes inflation.
How it is computed
Block Revenue uses the kept half of base fees, the historically retained priority-fee share, and Jito, Rakurai, and Other inclusion-service tips. Per-block, per-second, and per-CU views use the same denominators as REV.
Aggregation: Daily total and per-block average.
Things to know
- Block Revenue is what validators actually receive from transaction activity: REV minus the burned 50% of base fees.
- Inflation rewards are excluded; they are captured separately in Block Rewards and Total Block Value.
- The REV Breakdown chart sums to this metric, not to total REV.
- For dates before 2025-02-14, a portion of priority fees was burned, so historical Block Revenue may sit slightly above the strictly validator-kept amount.
